My Thoughts

I think this book would be a great wedding present.

I wish I had read the Uncommon Marriage: Learning about Lasting Love and Overcoming Life’s Obstacles Together book, I think I would have gotten more out of this book.  Each day there is a core practice which are great things to keep in mind each day.  Then there is a scripture that collates to the practice and the personal application from either Tony or Lauren each day.  At the end of the reading for the day there is a adventure application to do that day.

I loved the stories of their lives together, but did have problems following the sequence of events.  The book was not in order of the events in their lives but instead they correspondent to the core practice of the day.  On the seventh day you review the adventure application and explore further.

Over all it was a good book, I would also recommend it for a small group couple bible study.

This trailer is for the Uncommon Marriage: Learning about Lasting Love and Overcoming Life’s Obstacles Together book but it shares the heart of the couple.
