My Thoughts

Ever have a book help you understand yourself better? That is what Pulling Back the Shades: Erotica, Intimacy, and the Longings of a Woman’s Heart did for me. The first chapter gave five longings women try to fulfill by reading erotica and why 50 Shades of Grey got so popular. I personally identified with all of the reasons. I had read 50 Shades of Grey, primarily because I wanted to know what all the hoopla was about. After I read it, I kind of fell for the lies.
