My Dietary Program
- About 2 years I gave up most processed food. I don’t eat boxed or canned dinners.
- I don’t eat soy.
- I haven’t ate at McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, checkers, etc in about 2 years.
- I do eat Subway when I eat out.
- Every once in awhile I will cheat and eat a pizza from a local pizza joint.
- I can my own tomatoes and make my own salsa and pasta sauce.
- I can my own apple sauce.
- I make homemade cream of mushroom soups.
- I only eat fresh or frozen veggies/fruit.
- I try to eat under 1500 calories.
- I try to stay under 120 carbs a day.
- I eat “real” foods – sugar, butter, etc. I do not think our bodies need synthetic stuff in them.
