 My Dietary Program
  • About 2 years I gave up most processed food. I don’t eat boxed or canned dinners.
  • I don’t eat soy.
  • I haven’t ate at McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, checkers, etc in about 2 years.
  • I do eat Subway when I eat out.
  • Every once in awhile I will cheat and eat a pizza from a local pizza joint.
  • I can my own tomatoes and make my own salsa and pasta sauce.
  • I can my own apple sauce.
  • I make homemade cream of mushroom soups.
  • I only eat fresh or frozen veggies/fruit.
  • I try to eat under 1500 calories.
  • I try to stay under 120 carbs a day.
  • I eat “real” foods – sugar, butter, etc. I do not think our bodies need synthetic stuff in them.
